We want you to love your Nordic Thread order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@nordthrd.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Contact us at support@nordthrd.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and accessories (e.g., shaker bottles) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
