Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
- Canada: 7–13 business days
- United States: 7–13 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the USA
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For international orders outside Canada and the USA, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
